Click on start and type in run  "cmd" right click on cmd and hit run as  administrator.
1:-Type " diskpart "   hit enter.
2:-Type " list disk "   hit enter.

3:-Type " select disk 1 "   hit enter.
4:-Type " clean" hit enter.

5:-Type " create part pri " hit enter.
6:-Type " select part 1 " hit enter.

7:-Type " format fs=ntfs quick " hit enter.(Note if your os not format ntfs so type" format fs=fat32 quick " hit enter.)
8:-Type " active " hit enter.
9:-Type " exit  " hit enter.
Now you finish successfully format  storage device.
